Cohera Event Activation Case Study

Background

Cohera’s “Imagine That: All in Together” event brought more than 350 teammates together in Texas for a multi-day All Hands meeting focused on culture, connection, and team celebration. To make the experience more memorable, Cohera wanted branded merchandise that went beyond standard giveaways and encouraged hands-on engagement.

 

Challenge

In a busy event environment, traditional giveaways can easily get overlooked. Cohera needed a branded activation that would capture attention, encourage participation, and give attendees something useful to take home.

 

Strategy

Zagwear developed an interactive merch experience centered around personalization. Instead of simply handing out products, guests were invited to create their own branded items through live customization stations.

The activation included a “make your own pen” bar, a patch bar, and additional Cohera branded giveaways.

 

Execution

Attendees customized their own pens, then visited the patch bar to pick a product, choose their patches, and watch them get pressed on-site. Zagwear also produced Cohera branded water bottles, tote bags, bucket hats and notebooks.

Results

The activation turned branded merchandise into a memorable, hands-on experience. Guests were able to interact with the Cohera brand in a personal way, creating products they had a role in designing and taking home items they would actually use.

 

Conclusion

By combining personalization, live interaction, and thoughtful giveaways, Zagwear helped Cohera create an event activation that felt engaging, intentional, and memorable. The best merch does more than get handed out. It gets experienced.
