Flath brings 13 years of experience in the promotional products industry, where he has held leadership roles in Business Development, Marketing, Market Strategy, and led large-account growth initiatives with HALO and Staples. Beyond the promotional space, he has expertise in product management and public relations & communications, further broadening his perspective and ability to drive results across diverse markets.
In his new role at Zagwear, Flath will lead the alignment of the company’s sales and marketing efforts. He will work closely with both teams to strengthen strategy, expand client relationships, and accelerate growth while ensuring Zagwear continues to deliver exceptional value and service to its global clientele.
