We are excited and honored to be on the Greatest Companies To Work For In 2023 list by Promotional Products Association International! We are so grateful for the recognition and support.
This is an annual competition from PPAI to identify the promotional products industry’s greatest companies to work for. In order to qualify, companies had to be a PPAI member in the U.S. or Canada with at least five full-time employees, be nominated by an employee, and meet the survey participation rate based on company size. Employees completed a survey in which they rated their company in the following five areas: benefits, resources, culture, leadership and direction, and the results were scored based on the same standards PPAI uses every year.
The list of winners jumped from 47 companies last year to 67 this year! According to Josh Ellis, PPAI Media Publisher & Editor-in-Chief, this honor is significant considering the current and recent workplace trends, from the Great Resignation to quiet quitting. The winning companies were able to overcome the challenges from the pandemic and either nurture their incredible company culture or improve it after the pandemic subsided.
