Case Study: Syracuse’s Coach Brown’s DART Merch POD Site

With football season in swing, we’re excited to showcase a recent project in which we created a Print-on-Demand (POD) site for Syracuse’s Coach Fran Brown’s DART (Detailed, Accountable, Relentless, Tough) inspired football merchandise.

Background

Having previously created merchandise for Syracuse University, we were thrilled to collaborate with Coach Brown on a new venture. We were honored with the opportunity to design and launch a custom POD site for Coach Brown’s DART merch.

Challenge

One of the primary challenges in this project was ensuring that the logos displayed on the website accurately reflected their size and appearance in real life. This required us to fine-tune both the design elements and the technical aspects of the site to achieve a precise and professional look.

Strategy

Our team took charge of the logo design and curated a selection of branded apparel for the site, including t-shirts, hoodies, zip-up hoodies, and jogger sweatpants. The beauty of the POD model is that it allows us to produce items on-demand, with no need for inventory or minimum orders. Each item is created and shipped as soon as an order is placed, offering a seamless experience for the customer.

Execution

We custom-built the POD website for Coach Brown, which is now live and accessible to the public here. A portion of the proceeds are donated to Syracuse Football NIL.

Results

The POD store has performed well, even with minimal promotion. We’ll be expanding the store’s offerings to include hats soon. Due to the success we’ve seen so far, we are the official merch provider for Syracuse Football, and Syracuse is exploring opportunities to extend our partnership to other sports teams.
